Hi,
I was on a 7 days trial period and forgot to cancel. I was billed a yearly plan 128€. I contacted support five days ago and still no answer yet. The bot tells me to cancel my subscription through a link but the page I’m directed doesn’t mention anything about refund. It only lust the advantages I’d loose…Has anyone encounter the same situation? Any clu on what to do ?
