If you are submitting challenges you need to make sure they are being submitted as rated. Don't use the quick start button until you verify as that will use the settings of the last seek you made. Create a custom seek and verify the Rated option is toggled on (green and to the right).
If you are on the website and are accepting open challenges, make sure you aren't selecting unrated games. In the seek graph they will have a hollow in the center of the circle.

Second or third time within the last days, when I won a match with more time, that it was rated a remis. Started to happen, after I switched to the new surface/version.

I also had dficulties with players, who are +20 ELO above mine and after they won, they got 9 points from me?
Also with the new surface.
Are this known problems?
