Hey,,

There's a bug i discovered when i play game, usually there will be an opening name after we play/move any piece, but after i play chess960, suddenly it turn into "starting position", and doesnt change after i move my piece. i cant see what opening i played anymore..

Chess 960 doesn't have opening names. The whole point of it is there's really opening theory

no no, i mean after i play chess960, opening name bugged when i play normal chess game, but now its fixed so, yeah okay

I understand your frustration with the app not launching your games properly during a Swiss-format tournament. It can be very frustrating to wait and then lose without even making a move. I recommend reporting this issue directly to the app’s support team for a quick resolution.

I just played a ranked game but my elo didn't change. I tried to raise and lower it but it still doesn't change when I look at my profile

My game keeps freezing and i lose to abandonment, can I do anything to get my elo back?

Connection issues don't generally receive point refunds unless it's a site wide problem.
