Restrict my account

Hi there,

What is up with this restricted account thing  ? I've just been disconnected from maybe 3 games because my pure internet connection and then started finally to have good internet con. and started to play. Few games after I start a game with guy that does not play first move for arround half mminute so I abord the game and message pops up that my account is restricted ?  ? Is this ok ?

now I'm experiencing the same issue with network and I've been disconnected during the game . When connected again I've lost the game and additionally I've been "rewarded" with registered acount.

Two times punishment.

I'm abbording the game because in "custom' I can't set up lowest rating limit that can accept the chalange. I don't want to play wuth beginners using compiuter.

I'm being sancitoned for that as well.

 I dont know, but realize if everyone did that, there wouldnt be very many games played! For example, maybe those higher rated players dont want to play YOU.

1. You can set the rating for custom games

2. People have to play against lower players for them to be able to become higher players. If everyone refused to play lower players, no one would ever play a game. You are asking higher level players to play with you but refusing the same of other players.

3. I've probably played a dozen games against people who were playing their first to third game on here and never once have I run into "A beginner using a computer" 

 You should be able to set rating limits. Perhaps you just don't know how? I usually set mine at -9000 and +9000, but I'm thinking about changing it because there seem to be a lot of low-rated players that don't belong, probably because of sandbagging.

But again why once I've run into a trouble of having "restricted" account then even if opponent abord the game I still have to wait 5 min to start next game ?

That's just stupid.
