@Boulet: I had the same problem just today, I wanted to send them my message but I don't know which address, I'll try the URL posted by Whirlwind but meanwhile I just decided to post it here just to make sure it reaches them. I hope it doesn't violate anything here:
"Greetings and more power to this wonderful site.
Today I received a message that my play is restricted for not following your fair play policy afterwhich I have lost my appetite to further seek an opponent. I find this quite strong and an unfair accusation, The only time I remember having been guilty of abandoning a game is when I unintentionaly fall asleep while playing, and aborting whenever it takes an unreasonably long time for the chessboard to appear on my screen right after accepting or issuing a challenge.
The message is confusing because it came with a presumption that I am deliberately stalling, abandoning or frequently aborting games, It handily came with a penalty even without warning: the restriction to wait 5 minutes after every game to be lifted automatically after a few days or after I play several "fair games", to tell you quite frankly Sirs/Madams that in my whole life in playing chess I could never recall an instance where I intentionally played unfair games, at least to my knowledge. Moreover, how can I be accused of such when prior to this message its only quite recently that I happen to revisit your site (I have not been here for several months now). As much as I feel sorry for those cheaters using programs on rated games, but with this kind of experience I'm beginning to hope that those you have included in your list have been given a fair trial and that I'm wishing for people to have no reason to think that your system is arbitrary.
But not to take away the credit however, the conception of chessdotcom as a whole is truly significant in promoting chess, and considering our account is even free, we are truly grateful for the exciting games and for all other informative entries made available to the public. Respectfully yours - "Brooklyngunman" "
Received "Your play is restricted because you have not followed our Fair Play Policy - which prohibits stalling, abandoning games or frequently aborting. You must now wait 5 minutes between games. This restriction will be lifted automatically after a few days, or after you play several fair games " I don't recall having made any of the above listed offenses, and have been trying to live by rules of fair play, Where did I do wrong? R/S falsely accused.
