Show your flair

I no longer see my flair (in my case a lightning bolt) next to my username when I play live chess, anyone else noticed this?

if you're on android for whatever reason they stopped doing that.

I only play on Chess.com on my PC (Windows)    I really miss my flair showing up in live play

Showing my lightning icon / flair to people I play against was one of the reasons why I chose to become a gold member, if I had known that it would no longer show up in live chess, I'm not sure I would have subscribed. And I suspect many subscribers will think twice before renewing their subscriptions. I consider this a downgrade for paying members. (Unless this is a bug, that will be fixed soon)

If this is not a bug it occurs to me that other things that I consider downgrades can happen at any time, and that gives me a kinda bad feeling.

I would like a moderator from Chess.com to either confirm or dis-confirm that the flair has been removed from being visible when playing live chess. As a paying member I think I deserve clarification on this point.

I just took a look at a Live tournament and the membership status shows in the standings but not on the game. None of those played had flair, but since the premium status wasn't showing, it is a good bet that flair isn't either.

Only staff can tell you if that is by design or not. You could open a ticket to ask.
