I had subscribed for chess.com for 2013 (from 1st Jan 2013 to 1st Jan 2014), using my Credit card, paying $99.
But today, somehow, chess.com has deducted $99 from my credit card. My question is; does chess.com remembers my creadit card username and password?
Also I dont want to sunscribe for 2014. Kindly return my amount ($99) to my account.
This is really disgusting. You guys being a renowned site, you should not deduct amount without any notice to users. Also you shouldn't keep bank account username and password from your users. That is illegal.
I hope the amount will be returned back to my account. Please suggest.
I have recently subscribed to chess.com. My internet speed is more than 10mbps, but videos are taking hours to buffer. Even page loadings are slow. In my system youtube HD videos streams very fast, it plays without buffering. Is there any issue with chess.com server? Is there any way to contact chess.com? I am new to chess.com, please help me!
