Stats not showing, please help

For whatever reason, my blitz stats are not loading. This is my most played mode and I do enjoy looking at my growth over the last few months, but with the stats no longer loading, I cannot do this anymore. If anyone has any tips or advice on how to fix this, please let me know! All of my other stats in every other mode will load just fine, for whatever reason it's only blitz that refuses to load. Thank you!

I can see your blitz stats. It looks like you only played one game in the last week.

It looks like you have been mostly playing bullet chess. You played 60 bullet games in the last week.

Are you using the website or one of the apps? Which one?

Are you using a web browser? Which one?

I think you have same problem with me. This message happens same with me.

i can see my past games just fine. i meant my stats you can view thatll show you your win percentage and such

Stats not loading on my iOS app version 4.7.9. I used to be able to see my global rank and percentile until yesterday. Does anyone know what’s going on with the stats? I reported the issue to help & support, but didn’t yet hear any update.

My puzzle stats not loading either. I am using Android app version 4.6.38. I can see puzzle stats in web (chrome) but I can't see in Android app. Rapid/Blitz stats are not showing in web and mobile app. Please help.. if anyone knows this problem.

It sounds like some of you are having different problems. 

I see problems with:

• blitz stats
• rapid stats
• puzzle stats

I see reports mentioning:

• Android problems
• Ios problems

You should all file bug reports to let the developers know. (Bug reports are done through the Support menu.) The bug reports also send along info on your setup. It helps them figure out if some release they did has caused problems.

Posting more "me too" reports here won't help.

I would love to hear that someone actually took the time to file a bug report.

I'm glad a moderator saw this thread. That must mean that the team is aware of it and is working on a fix.

Moderators have no special phone to the developers. When we report bugs , we have to use the same links as everyone else.

It would really help if you reported the bug too.

Never ending "Calculating your score" graphic trying to look at Rapid stats

• For some days now, the statistics for my Rapid games are no longer being displayed.
• Clicking on assistance does not open any page, so it is not possible to report bugs or anything else!

Oh... I’m glad it’s not just me. I’ve been having issues trying to view my rapid stats as well. I reported a bug about two days ago, here and on Twitter, but it hasn’t been fixed yet. I was getting frustrated, thinking it was only my account. Hopefully, they’ll be able to fix it soon

Staff are aware that some members are seeing issues on some stats. I have the same on my Rapid stats.

I have the same problem with my Rapid Stats. But I can see the Blitz stats. The only difference I can make out is that I played some Rapid games recently but haven't played Blitz in a while.
