i have been promoted to champions league but for a few days, coming up to a week i have been in the league by myself with no new players joining, is it just a timing thing or a bug?

There have been several bugs recently in the leagues causing players to get stuck.

Staff is aware and is working on a solution. However, the timeframe for solution is unclear.
The consensus is that the only way for you to proceed is for you to leave the league division you are in and you will be reassigned when you next win a game.
/ In case you hadn't heard, the Leagues competition ended in February 2022. There are no prizes left. There is nothing going on in the Legend league. There have been no accouncements of any planned activity.
