Subscription Refund

A week ago I bought the gold subscription on the website but I noticed today I was charged $29 after the seven-day free trial and I realized that I bought the "Gold Yearly" membership instead of the "Gold Monthly" membership. I was hoping to get a refund and to switch to the gold monthly membership. I just got into chess and I wanted to pay for the monthly because I don't know how long I'm gonna be interested in playing.
