Support doesn’t respond

I contacted support 6 days ago. They state that they would respond in an 24 hours which didnt happen. My problem is that i forgot to turn off payment after the 7 day trial and it bought me premium membership for a full year that i dont want. How can i refund my payment? They have in terms that they return money for the first time within 30 days, but they dont answer to my tickets so what should I do?

I imagine they are quite busy with the rush of new members and holiday giving.  Just to be sure, you did send your concerns to Billing, right?

Same here. Constar issues of app getting stuck and MY clock apparently keeps on running and of course when it is activated again I have almost no time left. Many times today. You have to fix this please Contact me I can help with description of events

Support has been very clear, that replies will take longer than normal due to increase in members covid, and the holidays.

I play the computer. Sometimes when I attempt to make a legal move I hear a sound and cannot complete the move.  I am not exposing my king to check. This occurs when a piece is in jeopardy and I want to move out of jeopardy. Don’t understand what is happening
