I contacted support 6 days ago. They state that they would respond in an 24 hours which didnt happen. My problem is that i forgot to turn off payment after the 7 day trial and it bought me premium membership for a full year that i dont want. How can i refund my payment? They have in terms that they return money for the first time within 30 days, but they dont answer to my tickets so what should I do?
