Support Link does not work for me

The link http://www.chess.com/help or http://support.chess.com/ in the footer does NOT work for me.
Did you try the advice I gave you in the other locked thread?

Any article that originates from the support link does not work for me. I suspect a firewall or htaccess rule.

Well at least we know you've got ONE option that's working good
I can walk you through it but its NOT gonna be pretty.
You need a Johnson Rod. Remove the fragistat from the discumbotulator. Recalibrate the Heisenberg compensators. Now, attach the Johnson Rod. QUICKLY!, you've only got 7 secs. Rinse & repeat for 24 hrs. We'll check back in with you at midnight.

OK, then, if you're not going to try troubleshooting the problem, then you're essentially just complaining. Done and out of here...

Sure whatever, the article you posted cannot even load on my screen, what is there to say??
I tried with Firefox AND Chrome, and it doesn't work. I need the support to check it because I suspect they are using an IP blocker or firewall.

The link the unspellable name gave you isn't a chess.com support page:
"If you plug the support URL into "Is It Down Right Now?", it will say that the link is up. But more importantly, it will give you some troubleshooting tips to try."

Look, the footer link IS http://www.chess.com/help, but it auto redirects me to this URL instead http://support.chess.com/
And I get an "Unable to Connect" page in Firefox....
What is so unspellable about that???!!

The unspellable name is EscherehcsE (I think).
What he's saying to do is go to the Is It Down Right Now site he linked and copy the support url and paste into that site.

I don't need to, because I KNOW it works for you. But not for me.
I get this....when I click the Support link.

You've NEVER used the word "you're" correctly have you? EVERY SINGLE POST MAN!!!

Actually, I just had a brainwave. I could go to the site and copy + paste the troubleshooting tips! A veritable Einstein, aren't I?
If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:
Browser Related Problems
Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)
Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :
Fix DNS Problems
A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.
Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :
If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNSor Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.
Check our help page for step-by-step instructions on how to change your DNS.

@OP: And if you decide to try a different DNS, you might want to use this handy DNS Benchmark utility: https://www.grc.com/dns/benchmark.htm
And there's always VPN options and pinging troubleshooting you could do.
