Recently started using the app on my phone. My puzzle rating showing on the app is correct, around 2400 but when I select puzzles to play it shows rating of 21.
Is there anyway to fix this ?

That sounds like you're seeing your Rush record.
No it's not that. Basically It's if I'm starting puzzles all over again, it's even showing me the guides for the first few puzzles

If you're on Android, you're seeing the new Puzzle feature. Your rating hasn't changed, it's just a different interface, similar to how leagues work. You still get a rating for solving puzzles
If you don't like it, you can click the settings gear at the top right and use the Classic Mode

Thanks, Martin. My phone app lost track of my puzzle score a year ago. I was suddenly right back to zero (which was doubly odd because I think people start at around 1000 and go up or down from there). I reported it as a bug and they said they were going to work on it. Even the help department didn't know about Classic mode. It's completely buried in the app, so thank you for your insight.
