This is scam site!!! they steal my money!!!

My account it's blocked cos I aborted all the games when I see Indians cos in 99% of games, Indians just don't quit if they lose. Now, I can't initiate any game.

What is this nonsense - you can initiate game in normal time control?

What is "normal time control" ? 

This site it's so bad. And I pay to be blocked cos Indians make me to abort. I will never ever play with any Indian. To be very clear. I prefer to go to another site and delete my account here if this situation continues. Now what to do?  I can't play and I pay it on upfront.

Apparently there is a site bug restricting poor sports.

They should make it permanent.

No one makes you abort. The site has a Sportsmanship Policy in place to try and prevent people from aborting too often.

As @notmtwain mentioned, there is a bugged, that is being looked into, that extends that wait beyond the 5 minutes it should be. 

Regarding your final set of statements, if you decide the policy is unacceptable, you can contact support for a refund. You're not going to be scammed.

It's not racist, it's a fact. Not all the Indians but most of them just stall the games that why I will abort all the games if I see Indians. I have friends, I work with Indians but on chess they try to make me quit by stalling the game. I will never quit and I will abort all the games with the Indians. Period.

Based on these influx of comments I'm guessing that the site found a better way to keep poor sports out of the regular pool and play against themselves

you pay to play who the site pairs you against, you don’t pay to play who you prefer to play unless you create specific challenges, you pay but are dictated to for your money. dictatorship is the new sexy
