Don't play in weak tournaments and dont play those openings that require gambiting except the quenns gambit because In stronger chess the players will know the traps and just get a supereor position.

At first u will probably lose but after 2 average performances in a strong tournament u will get a extremely high one.

E.G I had a performance In a open with gms and everything that was 1678 FIDE after 2 similar performances I played in a stronger tournament and got a Performance of 2215 FIDE.
