Check your settings in Online Chess -> Settings. Make sure that the option alert me when it is my move, I am running out of time, or I receive a challenge is checked under Game Alert Preferences.

Not sure. E-mail filters maybe? I haven't let my games get that low on time so I don't know if it is working or not.
I received the warning today.It works again.
But today it didn't work again.Can the staff please take care of it,when you have the time?Thank you.

It's absolutely pathetic that you can't get a time alert when you're low on time in game. It's like it was designed by neanderthals. PS Another LOL, their spell check doesn't even recognize the correct spelling of the word neanderthal. Please hire a real computer programmer bc yours are a joke. Kthxbye.

The site doesn't use it's own spell check.
Can't speak to the alerts fully, since I don't played Daily anymore, but if all your notification settings are set correctly, you should receive them. I get alerts for things I have configured.
I used to receive an e-mail 8 hours before losing on time.Why don't I receive it anymore?
