What are the rules for the opponent to get extra time? My opponent had just 2 seconds and i had 15 seconds but his time kept on increasing with every move and I lost on time. So what are the rules about this?

were you playing a   game with a '/' in it like 5/5?

If so, the game is 5 minutes but you get 5 seconds per move.  If you make a move in less than the time allotted per move, that time is added to your clock.

If not and you were just playing a 10 minute or 5 minute game, I have no idea.

No it was a blitz game 3 mins

If the other player got a premium acccount then he or she would be help because of the payment he/she made. Totally cheat just for reach people. If someday I earn a premium account I would be ashame of this. It least that's what I understand if they premium account announcement.

Based on deciphering your message, I can say that premium accounts do NOT have an advantage in live games.

The time controls for chess games apply equally to all players.

Most commonly, the only way that your time may increase during a game is if there is an increment in which time is added after each move such as with a 3|2 blitz game. In that case, 2 seconds are added after each move.

Otherwise, the appearance of gaining time might also happen when one or both of the players are experiencing great lag. If, for example, you've made a move and your opponents clock on your screen appears to be running, it's possible that the move is not delivered to him right away, and so his own clock display is actually not running yet but shows that yours is! As connections catch up, this will be corrected for (for both players) and so the appearance of gaining time.

It only happened as we got to the end where I had no pieces left. Other than that clock was working fine. Also it was a game without increment

Why have I got draw when my opponent lost all time in 5blitz?

If one player has not the pieces required to checkmate the opponent, yet the opponent times out 'Tis a draw.
