too much lag

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to express my concern about too much lag I have been getting since recently on chess.com

It actually happened in the past but hed never been so continous as its now. 

I dont really know what a real problem is for such lag  which makes playing bullet just unreasonable...

This is actually why I'm asking Help& Support staff to solve this issue or advise how to improve..

i flew out to california last week and i too suffered from too much jet lag.

it took me several days to get use to the new timezone and get rid of the jet lag.

i totally can relate and understand how you feel.  do you have any suggestions to get rid of jet lag?

maybe relevant to the OP, i've been having major lag issues recently too. lost up to 20 secs on my clock when my opponent "hasn't moved"...  Makes live chess pretty much unplayable

do you think it is your internet connectioN? i played in the library once and it was slow like a turtle crossing the street
