I'm sending friend request to my friend but he is not getting it and when he is trying to send friend request to me it's showing him "account not activated" message. My account is already activated, I've played hundred of game with this account. what should I do?
I think You can try signing out and sign in back
Had the same issue today it comes back after a while
Hi Team, I am unable to send friend request in chess.com, it is showing me as you have reached maximum limit as error please help me out, i had just 19 friends not even much.

The site only allow a certain number of outstanding, unaccepted friend requests.
Social > Friends > Friend Requests > Sent Requests
Remove some old ones that haven't been accepted and you'll be able to send some more.
