Unable to see my time and opponent information

When I try to play rapid games on my phone, the game will only sometimes show my time and opponents time, and will never show my opponent information. The game is very inconsistent with showing my own time so I don’t know how much time I use per move or what I have left. I didn’t change my settings, but this just started randomly occurring and I can’t figure out how to fix this. Please help me….

This is an online rapid game btw

I had to abort the game right before this because the glitch didn’t come up that time. It’s basically a 50/50 on this happening or not.

I am/have been playing the current version of chess.com. So it is 4.2.6

I’m playing in a 10 min tournament - and it happens to me too. Both on iphone, and iPad. I’m on v 4.2.11
