I have Gold membership & it won’t allow me to solve unlimited puzzles, this upgrade to your app is terrible…….Cancelling paid membership right now, tired of the bugs in this app!

Memberships started before September 1st, 2022 are on the old plans and pricing where Gold did not have unlimited puzzles.

If you want unlimited puzzle you could cancel your plan and get the new gold subscription at the higher amount. Support cam probably help with that.

I thought if you had the old plan you kept the old rate with same benefits, so if I don’t cancel I still pay the old rate for nothing…. Lol

You kept the old rates with the original benefits. There are additional features in the new plans that aren't on the old ones, such as the video library (for gold and platinum anyway)
