where is the unsubscribe button?

Are you trying to unsubscribe from Chess.com email notifications?

I just want to know where the unsubscribe button is if I want to unsubscribe.

You can unsubscribe from any emails by going to your Alerts & Email settings.

If you want to close your account altogether just roll your mouse pointer over "home" and then click on "account".  At the bottom of the white space is a line in the smallest print possible that says something like "to close your account click here".  Sorry it didn't work out for you OR my apologies if you were asking something else.
