Visa prepaid card not being accepted anymore

In the past it has worked , and just recently I did a payment for another site .

It says :

"Your card has exceeded its limit. Please try a different card."

... even though I have sufficient funds on my card .

I want to get a gold membership , but cannot anymore .

That was different; the message from above indicates insufficient funds and may have something do with renewal (ie the card may not allow subscriptions that renew).

I got an email response from a support member who said that I will be contacted by their billing specialist .

Nothing has happened as of yet .....

Or you are waiting for a response to an email from billing? They have been swamped with unexpected demand for help and are taking a week or more to respond.

You can contact support, but if your payment method doesn't support subscriptions, it likely won't work.

I have same problem too, i tried two visa debit card. One is getting the card limit exceeded and the other one is getting the transaction failed error:

No I couldnt take membership. It is free trial. I dont know who you are @Mr-Mudd but you are probably a fraudster. Nobody wants card number and cvv
