Hello again. I have passed your payment information to our payment programmers on Chess.com and they are still unable to find the charge to your account. At this point I would recommend that you contact your bank or credit card company to request a chargeback/refund from them and make sure that any further payments are stopped. Thank you and have a nice day!  ;)

Return the money . site savers and scammers. Shame on you ?(((((

And if at least one dollar is removed from my credit card without my permission. shot in a mean way. (All chess sites on the Internet will find out about this, I promise you this, I do not mind this $ 29. But I do not like when they do it so desperately.

Instead of spamming it, contact them through this: https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new

dimamaster

I on humanly asked to return me money. sent you all the data. what time and number was taken from my card $ 29 from your site without my permission. Now let everyone know how we deceive people. and you take money from users. without their permission. in simple terms - theft of money. And this is already a criminal case.

wanmokewan

Stop spamming.

dimamaster

This is not spam? it's all true. And in those I support I already write 4 day. no solution. they can not find the translation. but where did he go? It's your problems. who steals your money from you and spends in your service support.

wanmokewan

You've posted this in several threads. I understand that you have a problem, but this is going to get you muted. Be patient.

dimamaster

You know I'll tell you later, I lost $ 29. okay. but I promise you you will lose much more. Everyone will know how you come here with users who buy your membership. (((((((((((((

Martin_Stahl

It appears that you have already been in contact with staff and based on what you posted, they can not find a charge that matches your information so they can't refund it. If you can't remember the username or e-mail address attached to the account, there isn't very much they can do.

That is why it was suggested you contact your bank and get a charge-back on that transaction. When that happens they should be able to find the original transaction and remove the membership from that account and the renewal.

However, when you sign up for premium, it states that it will automatically renew so if you close or abandon your account you need to be sure to cancel your renewal prior to that.  The site isn't scamming or stealing; the process is clearly spelled out and they have been working with you to resolve the issue.

I wrote them the exact time a second and a minute. and the number when it was lifted 29 dollars from my card. Is it really so hard to find who at that time paid membership for a golden year. you might think at this time there were 1000 payments for a year. ? I asked just tell me which account was sent $ 29 at this time. I'll close it myself. since I know the password. or already close it yourself so that this does not happen again. you understand?

Graf_Nachthafen

If someone took money from your card, then the money went somewhere.

What bank account did it go to ?

Payments are not instantaneous. The local time your account was debited is not the same time on the site where the Chess.com servers are (or most likely are not). Staff said they looked and can not find a matching payment. It could be for a lot of different reasons but the quickest solution would be to contact your bank and request a charge back, as suggested.

Its obvious he's not gonna stop spamming, he hit about 7-9 threads last night with his problem of not understanding charge cards so lets try this another way. Matt from billing asked him for 4 specific things    1) Credit card type (Visa, Mastercard, Discover)
2) Last 4 digits on the credit card charged
3) Full name of customer on the credit card charged
4) Date and amount of the charge in question.                Well we know the amount, it was $29. We know the date & time--9-10-17 at 1400hrs, which is 2pm. He hasn't given the FULL name on the card, or the type--debit or credit.  And finally, he not only gave the last 4 digits, but he provided the 1st 4 digits alsosurprise.png  so its only a matter of time before somebody reverse engineers using an algorhythm to figure out the remaining 8 digits.meh.png  We are expected to believes that this is a mature intelligent adult who handles money properly, but who advertises his card number on the web. SNAFU

Martin_Stahl

Based on Matt's reply, it looks like those details were provided and the debit still wasn't found.

RonaldJosephCote

Maybe there's some kind of dis-connect in his mind. He says, "Is it really so hard to find who at that time paid membership for a golden year?"   WOW!surprise.png  you HAVE lowered your prices with V3wink.png  Could another site impersonating Chess.com in the Ukraine be running a promo and they scammed him?

Possible, that's why I asked him where the money from his card actually went to.

But then again, he could just as well be a troll.

RonaldJosephCote

I'm going with the following scenario;  He's always playing chess on the computer. His wife got angry, bought something with the card for $30. and told him it was Chess.com

RonaldJosephCote

I'm gonna assume banks in the Ukraine are the same as the U.S---they send out statements once a month.  If the charge was made on 9-10-17,  and he's complaining on 10-16-17, he should have the statement.

RonaldJosephCote

If he is spamming, he should of put his dilemma in THIS thread;wink.png                                                                 https://www.chess.com/forum/view/off-topic/intellectual-spam     I just noticed that he does have a PLATINUM account and he's asking for credit so the mystery deepens.surprise.png I don't normally get involved in other people's money cause I have enough trouble trying to keep track of my own.cry.png  That's why I pay Erik with food stamps, cigarettes, and empty cans. happy.png  BTW, my payment is going to be late next month.                                                                                                                                    null
