What are the different chess game types

I couldn't find the page on the site where they explain what the different variants are. I assume 5 min, 10 min, 30 min etc. means that both players get that much time in aggregate to play all of their moves. What about the other ones, 2/1, 15/10, etc.

2|1 means that you have 2 minutes total, but get a bonus of 1 second each move.

15|10 is similar, just 10 seconds per turn :)

They really do need to make that clear somewhere easy to find.
