What do the bars on the right side of my screen mean during a chess game?

During a chess game, there are bars and numbers on the right side of my screen. What do these mean?

If it is what I think you mean, then you are talking about the 'time per move' for each player.
White bar is for light pieces player, black bar is the time per move for dark pieces player.

You can test it yourself. During a game wait first 10 seconds for a move and on the next move wait 20 seconds. Afterwards, hover the cursor above the last 2 bars of your respective color. Will they show 10 and 20 seconds ?

That is correct. Or minutes and seconds for long moves.
