What is in Gold-Member included?

Hi, what is included in the Gold-Membership? I tried the test-week for the gold-membership and made some lessons. So far so good. Now my year-membership began, and I see that I have no access to the lessons!!!!! I can not find anywhere a clear description of the included stuff! I'm very sad, because the test-phase made me think that is included and now it isn't! What is correct, and is it possible to cancel the membership?

Hi, thanks for the answers. That sounds good. It is okay for me when I get the lessons time by time. I thougth I would not get them. And how do I know when I'm allowed to watch the next lesson? I only get the suggestion to make the diamond membership when I try to watch the next lesson, but don't have any clue about the actual state of my watched videos ...

If you are on the app, the amount of lessons listed above may not be updated yet. The site recently changed to the above method again, and the apps are set based on level; I think gold is locked to beginning lessons until the apps are updated. You can always use a mobile browser.

Okay, so now I'm finally completely confused.

• the app says gold includes only the beginner lessons (okay there is an explanation by Martin_Stahl)
• the browser says gold member includes all lessons but only 3 per week
• the support says:
  • - Learn to Play Chess
    - From Beginner to Winner
    
    PLUS you get access to ANY 3 lessons per week including from intermediate "Think Like a Chess Player"

I asked the support to clarify the topic. Does anybody has a link to the terms and conditions of the memberships and which content is included? The screenshot above is fine, but I cant find it myself.

Hey buddy, I have the same issue as you. did u figure it out yet? when will I know if i'm allowed to exercise my 3 lessons/week.

Are you on the app? I would assume they have been updated by now to the new allowances but it is possible those are not updated yet. 

Also, it is a rolling 7 day period. So it doesn't reset every week at a certain day allowing you to do 3 more.

The thing is on the app I can get as many lessons I want without video. But on the computer, I can't seem to find these videoless lessons.

Hi Martin, sorry to revive this old thread but I think my question is relevant to the topic discussed. Would just like a confirmation if the rolling 7 day period begins only after the LAST lesson is completed (5th in the case of my platinum membership) or after the FIRST lesson and refreshes accordingly. Reason I'm asking is so that I can space my lessons accordingly. 

According to help (https://support.chess.com/article/284-how-do-lessons-work):

NOTE: Lesson counts reset each week on Sunday at midnight. Repeating the same lesson DOES count toward your total lessons for that week.
