What is my win ratio?

Or how is it calculated, is it based on a recent period etc?  I'm thinking of starting a private invite only tournament for a group I'm involved with, but the requirement says 10% win ratio minimum.  How can I find this out?

It's either wins over total games or wins and half of draws over total games.

I would think that the display in your statistics gives you a pretty good idea of it for each time control. I haven't ever seen that they compute it for all of your games in total.

If you want to sponsor a daily tournament, they probably use your daily games win percentage.

In any case, you are certainly well above 10%.  I wouldn't worry.

It says in post #2. It's a ratio of wins and 1/2 of draws to the total number of games.

If you have played 10 games and your won 4 and drew 2, your win ratio is 50%.

how to make it to 10%?

Win/draw more games. Just play some full games and you'll eventually get there.
