You can't have multiple accounts. Also, if you have reason to believe someone is breaking the rules you can report their account.

That didn't answer my question. Those links are about Fair play. it's not about having multiple accounts in general.

That's not always a clear case, but accounts have been closed when there is the appearance that one person is using more than one of the accounts.

Other than parents making accounts for children, people should be making their own accounts.
From abusers and kids I've seen, pretty sure you can have multiple accounts without asking...
... but if for any reason someone checks your account, and sees multiple on the same IP (let's say you're often rude to your opponents so you tend to generate reports), you risk having your accounts closed temporarily while you contact support and explain.
I myself had 2 accounts, but the newer one was reported as a spam account, before I could even use it.

Well, a funny thing happened to me. I played one game which I feel the player wasn't aroung my rating (aroung 1300 in blitz). After the game is over, I reported him for cheating, said that to him and blocked. A few hours later I received a message from another account with the player bragging that he beat me with a secondary account and calling me coward for blocking him. That account was aroung 1600 in blitz.
Everything against the rules, according to the links posted here.
So I sent a message to support, and, to my surprise, the staff said to me that is allowed having multiple accounts. So I replied back saying that's not what says in those links. I waiting for the reply. ...

I had always thought unless you were a mod or a streamer etc, you weren't allowed more than one account.
But i've been seeing multiple people using multiple accounts and they aren't getting their accounts closed, or they're making posts about it.
So I just want a mod to confirm what exactly are the rules specifically around having multiple accounts? Please someone clear this up
