Now they do have a 30 day money back policy for first time subscribers, so you will get your money back. You don't need to worry about that.
But your email is in a queue of thousands of emails and they will get to it as soon as they can. There was a surge in new users late last year that has temporarily overwhelmed the staff in support. There are literally millions of new users.
The staff are just people working like you do. No one can answer thousands of emails in a day.
