Where are Open Challenges?

I cannot find the open challenges anymore since recently.
I am playing with the app on Android.
Whenever I click Play a new challenge is created.
This used to be different: after clicking Play I would see the options and a list of open challenges.

The app doesn't have them anymore. Not sure if the Daily open challenges are coming back or not.
I am on an apple device, and it works fine.

I’m new over here. The open challenges window does not show the time control for those challenges. The second line of each shows something like “3 days/move” or even “7 days/move’. What is that?
I am fine but touch play new game then click challenge then the persons chess username
I have same issue! Chess.com has REMOVED the ability to SEE any "open challenges" Grrrr..

First go to play. Then go to play online. Then click on custom game. And then finally click on open challenges at top right.
