where is my play streak?

I play multiple games a day and I don't see my play streak anywhere on web or mobile. I have friends where it shows up for them. I've looked at settings and don't see anything on web. I saw an option to turn on streaks on mobile and it's turned on. I'm also opted in to beta features. Am I doing something wrong or is this still a feature that isn't available to everyone? Seems strange that chess.com would be posting articles about this guy's 5k+ play streak when it's not a feature that they've actually rolled out to everyone. Any info or help is greatly appreciated.

That feature, for those that had it, is being removed for now. It's possible it might come back at some point.

Got it - thanks for the info. Better to at least know it's not supposed to show up. Hope it comes back! I love the idea of that feature.

Hey @Lush1us, we feel you! I was also working on mine. That said, even though we can't promise how the feature will return as of now, we're still collecting the information for the ones that keep playing. 💪
