Dealing with the support bots can be a challenge . If you click on the Support link, you get this:
Then if you click "Contact Support", you get one that looks like this:
Click on "Update or cancel subscription" and then 'I want a refund'. A form will be provided.
I think that you can get your refund if you just persist.
Hey, so I'm more of a newer chess player and about a month ago I purchased the diamond membership. I was looking to learn a specific opening for white and, I started leaving games on purpose if I didn't get the specific color I wanted and was therefore banned. I tried to log back in to cancel my subscription because I'll admit this game was too hard for me and the subscription price is hefty. But when I attempted to log back in I was instantly logged back out, and don't get me wrong this is karma for what I was doing but when I tried to contact support to get my account unbanned until the 7 day trial, they don't respond until the final day, causing me to get charged.
I was pretty pissed and I went straight to their emails. When I sent the email I was instantly moved over to a chatbot, and as you would guess, I was told It's a long wait time. After that chat with the bot, I didn't get a response for over 25 days. My point is, the support team needs to be better, and I want my damn refund.
