If you don't promote in a week, you don't get added to a new division until you play a game.

When League divisions reset on Sunday at noon (US Pacific), if you qualify to promote to a new league, you're placed in a division in that league. If you do not promote, you do not get placed into a division, until you play your first game of the week.

Looks like you must have left the Leagues.
You can rejoin there and will be placed in a division after your first game.
Was #3, not promoted to next league this week. what shoud I do?

You're in Legend. There is no next league. Even if there was, since only top-1 goes from Champion to Legend you probably would have needed to be first 
I can't advance in the league or gain any league points by winning no change. Anyone else the same issue and if so how ti fix it ?

I’m also having this issue, started playing about a week and a half ago and have been #1 and 290 trophies in Wood League for about 6 days :/

SAME. but going on 2 weeks now. I'm afraid to leave the league and not be able to reenter, or it just does the same thing

Played about 20 games after 12 PM PT today, still not being placed in a league. I tried leaving and rejoining the player leagues, still didn't work.

Same here.
I have been having this issue for 2 weeks now...
Literally the leagues ended but I still did not get put in a new one it is not showing my new league?!
