why are my chess insights not updating?

It can take a while for games to all run, depending on how many you have. If you've previously had Diamond and Insight had been generated then, it can still take a while for the games played while you didn't have that level to complete. If you don't see anything after 24 hours, repost.

It's possible you only have 3

i analyzed the games and counted 7, i dont think i would make that big of an error

Game Review and Insights don't run at the same depth and may not run the exact same code. So Brilliants found in the former may not be counted in the latter.

Hey, I’m having the same issue as everyone else. Bought diamond a couple days ago and my insights have not updated. Any help would be appreciated

I’m having the same issue. Insights not updating since I restarted my membership.

I recently restarted my diamond account as well, it’s been over 24 hours and insights haven’t updated to show new games. Any help appreciated, thanks.

Same issue here. It has been more than 24 hours now since my upgrade to Diamond but Insights won’t update for my more recent games (2-4 months).
