Sorry you're having troubles! Have you tried clearing your browsing cache? I've tested it and after entering the name and details it takes me to the checkout page as it should.

I keep trying to gift a membership to a friend but the whole thing is bugged and its not working.
I go to http://www.chess.com/home/gift_subscription and follow the instructions completely. I enter the member's name, select the membership type, and put in my message.
When I click continue, it just takes me to the upgrade page for myself (the original page I was on) and I can only upgrade my own membership. This is really frustrating. Please help!!!
