You can see the difference between the game screen and analysis:
The archive shows that you got the extra 10 seconds.
Perhaps lag accounts for the difference between what your screen showed and what the server recorded.
I guess I would recommend comparing the times for a whole game to see if adjustments are made.
You should report bugs using the bug report tool so that it reaches the developers.
