Why my account and from my family are closed and my IP is banned for no reason?

So sad :(

I don't know what I have done, I did not cheat ever, I am good guy and respectful one and I always reported cheaters here. I had all family playing on this wonderful site with several accounts but why is all closed now ?? I dont know what I did or any of my kids or my woman to deserve this ? I have my IP blocked by chess.com and I cannot create any account more, I was an enthusiastic and competitive player on this site for years and you banned me and my entire family and not giving a reason for do that, I am shocked :( Really I don't know What I did wrong, always trying to help people here, trying to make a good environment between unknown players and known players here.
It was a pleasure to stay here so many time to make very good moments but I can't understand the reason for close all accounts and for banning my IP, I renewed with my ISP 2 more years, I have to play chess on another site, there are plenty of them when I was part of chess.com family here during years ??? If you don't give me a reason for that ban, I consider seriously to think it is so unfair, and the policy of this site is not like this way. Tell me how I can contact the Administrator, because I have sure he doesn't know what 's happening here with this story, and I want to talk with him and say is it nor fair doing that to real good chess players and enthusiasts from this site for years , like all my family it is .

Banning for no reason, no one wrote me to say the reason it is not fair, and I did nothing to chess.com or anyone for doing ban to me and my family.

Why chess.com don't ban cheaters and his IP forever ?

I never seen so many cheaters like on chess.com, because instead of ban innocent people like me that never cheated , why you allow cheaters create so many accounts for cheating and win tournaments again and again cheating with an engine and when his account it is closed, they create another account again for cheat and when it is closed they again create another account. WHY CHESS.COM BAN ME AND MY FAMILY WITHOUT A REASON AND WHY DON'T BAN CHEATERS FOREVER WITH HIS IP. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND, BUT IS SO UNFAIR AND I WAS VERY HAPPY HERE BEFORE, I CAN ONLY THINK IT WAS A ERROR OF SOMEONE HERE ON CHESS.COM TO DO THAT, THEY SHOULD BAN CHEATERS AND THEY DON'T, BUT INNONCENT PEOPLE LIKE ME AND MY FAMILY WITH A GOOD BEHAVIOUR FOR YEARS HAS BEEN BANNED FOR NO REASON SHOWED:( PLEASE HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND AT LEAST THE REASON OR GIVE THE CHANCE TO GOING BACK. IT IS SO BAD THIS SITE ALLOWS CHEATERS TO CREATE SO MANY ACCOUNTS FOR CHEATING AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY IP BAN AND I AND MY FAMILY HAD WITHOUT A REASON.

PLEASE CONSIDER IT.

That's a very good point. I thought he was writing from a new account but it's an account that has been open for 3 years.

I don't think that is helpful or necessary.  He hasn't played a game here in a week. He sounds sincere.

I know that if I were suddenly cut off without an explanation, I'd have a hard time just accepting it.

Perhaps there is a ban on his playing live chess.

This is my only account that was not deleted by chess.com.

The only way I had to post here is with a proxy but I can't play with a proxy, only can login with a proxy.

Also I cannot create any account because from my IP I am banned from login into new accounts too or to create any accounts.

Unfortunately I can't change my IP because it is fixed IP and my ISP doesn't change too.

It makes no sense that your IP was banned but your account was not.

      You need to contact support obviously but, all they saw was 2 accounts from one IP address. It could of been your wife, or child, roomate, etc. To them it was a sockpuppet, so they probably went with the oldest account, this one. You were probably flagged, not banned, but they'll keep their eye on you.

How should you proceed if several members of your family want to open accounts here?

What I'm saying is it might not be an IP ban, but some other issue. Looks like staff has contacted you, so hopefully they can get this sorted out.

I am hoping too that staff can solve this problem to me and to my family for having a chance we can play again on this wonderful site like we used to do for years.

I also did not cheat, and I lost a year-long premium membership by getting my account banned.
