Why my premium subscription has been cancelled...?

I made the payment two months ago for annual premium membership. It was fine until last week.. A few days ago I received a message from chess.com that my membership had been cancelled without any explanation. Now I was asked again for another premium membership...Strange..

You have to talk to someone in Billing.  Go ahead and file a ticket if you want to know what's going on.

Hi so I just bought diamond membership for 1 mon feb 9 to march 9 .Today I logged in into my account and saw that i dont have diamind membership .It randomly cancelled even though i paud for the membership

That can happen if there was an issue with the payment method or a refund was requested.
