wont let me cancel premium membership

I've clicked on every link and nothing seems to work. please someone let me know how to do this, I just wanted to try the free trial. hate when subscription services purposely make it difficult to cancel these trials.
I didn't try the trial because I thought it might do that. Tell Beta. Or I could if you want.
Beta the site moderator?
I don't know, is that the same as Chess.com Beta, the troubleshooting club?
not sure. might just close my account completely rather than deal with this
Just tell the troubleshooting club, people will respond, and somebody will know how to deal with it

Now since Jpett2 got a private message from Alex I suppose he has gotten the issue solved.
Personally I haven't got any problem with a free trial. I once got such a free trial for a week and I simply enjoyed it for that week. No reason to cancel anything. When the week was over my account just went back to normal. How could it be any different from that? I mean you don't get a continous premium membership or any other kind of paid membership if you don't pay for it. If you want to continue then pay for it, otherwise just enjoy the free trial.
That's odd, it sounded like Jpett2 was saying that it automatically turned into an account that he had a bill for or something like that, anyway, it's been solved. See ya'll around!
