wont let me play games

hey guys I'm a new player and just got the app on my phone but whenever I try to play a game it just keeps on loading and never gets me in a game

oh don't worry just register or play  chess on computer for  a few days a the go back to the app and then delete it and download it back then it should work. if it does not work try friend requesting me and i can help you ok?

oh and also if you are  a new player sometimes its a little weird so you just have to activate your profile and you can play on the app and maybe that will work

Yea im on a mac and the same thing is happening to me. I can't start a game or play one. I can play the game type that everyone gets at least 24 hours to do thier turn though.

I completed a game and it told me the result etc. but every time I click play it returns to the results again. Account activated and re-logged on. I think its trying to get me to go premium?

I believe there was a temporary server issue.

Fron a school laptop. It always is stuck on the loading screen.
