How long has chess.com been in operation? What is the outlook for continued future operation?
it has been online since last June as far as I can tell, and the outlook is to be the best chess website on the web also from what I can tell
Yes, I joined in June 2007 and the membership then was only in the hundreds, and there was no online/turn based chess. I know I was one of the 1st from the UK to join. The site has come a long way since then to be one of the best available in my opinion.
so i posted this message to tech support about changing my name around a bit. i finish reading the "how ratings work" artical by erik-great and informative artical by the way- and by the time i turn around, my name is just the way i asked for it to be. i love you guys. if i had a credit card i woud definatly by a life time membership. thank!!! you all rock
