I tried to comment while watching chessTV and it directs me to Twitch and I have to make an account...no thanks. If you figure out how to post comments through chessTV please update us how 😉

They are separate things. The chat you see on this site (Chess TV) is a separate thing and not Twitch chat. I have a Twitch account, that's not my issue; my issue is that I'm being told that my chesss.com account is not allowed to say anything on Chess TV.
I'm glad you can see my post here however. I have already cancelled my premium account due to all the comment problems here. If I hear back from support I'll pay to be a member here. Support will have to explain to me why I see all these "you are currently unable to comment with this account" messages before I reach for my bank card and become a paying member.
I still see this (the title) written in the 'chess tv' text box, and I have no idea why.
Support have said that they don't see any issue with my account, but although I have mailed them back again (general chat issues since the 22nd of April) I thought I'd ask for ideas here rather than wait again until they answer telling me that there's no issue that they can see.
My free trial runs out on the 13th, and I don't think I'll get a response from support by then. I'd like to get an idea of what's going on, as I don't feel I can spend money if the site won't work for me.
If support can't help, then there's not much a regular member can do.
You might try clearing your browser cache, to make sure there's not a bad cached script. Clearing site cookies might help as well, though I would start with the cache.
Well it works for me on the website but not the app... I can't figure out how to chat on ChessTV with the app yet. Hope you get it fixed Babbington.
Thanks for the help, all. I've tried a relog, deleting the browser cache and all the site cookies, but I still see the problem in Chess TV.
At least you can see my posts here in the forum. I was getting all paranoid thinking that I may have been shadow banned
