I've lost games with 0 mistakes, 0 blunders, 0 missed wins. Not quite the same as perfect.
0 mistakes..0 blunders...0 missed wins

And as the link posted by @king2queensside shows, even if the quick after-game analysis says it was perfect a little long chess.com analysis will find some mistakes.

Thats quite cool. everything he did would cause a win imagine you lose with 0 everything. that would mean from chess.coms opinion you couldnt do anything else to win against that deck so that would mean that deck could beat anyone from chess.com its weirdly interesting

I have done this twice. It kind of depends on your opponent wither you win or not, though.

I got 0 blunders too this has only happened a few times for me https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/457d82e1-bf9c-11ed-aca5-ede41001000f?tab=review

I've also blundered atrociously and come back from it and won lol. Usually it's when we both blunder, but once I blundered a rook but somehow zigzagged out of it using my queen to weave this way and that and take a bunch of pieces. Can't remember specifics now.
