I think it has to do with the amount of requests the server is getting(it is puzzle week)

Why isn't this fixed yet?

Assuming you are using Google Chrome, you might find useful information with the search string - fix aw snap in chrome.  What usually works for me is #5 "update chrome."

Short answer -- if possible turn on automatic error reporting in your browser.

TL;DR answer -- I wasn't aware of Brave but now I am.  It is a Chromium based browser. "Aw snap" is telling me that there's a bug in the browser.  I say that because "aw snap" looks like a caught exception of unknown cause.  Those are bugs.  A non-bug would produce a more informative error message.

I want to be clear that it is still possible that there's a problem with the chess.com servers.  However, it could be that chess.com did something correctly which exposed the bug in the browser.  (This happens a lot more frequently than the typical person realizes.)  There really is no way to know without additional information.

Either way, the best next step for you is to turn on automatic error reporting.
