Cheating?

Hi, im new to this site and i have a quick question. I played a opponent (ganges 07 something) and was winning. Time was running out for both of us and when his timer ran out of time everything freezed. It didnt say that i won or someting, intead I got the loss (for abandoning the game :S). So I just wanna know if it was some form of cheating, disconnection (cause i know this is possibly on other games) or if it's just my computer? Thanks Supertrean

Don't sweat it, it happens to everybody every now and then. It's probably a random bug, but you should repot it just in case (report it as a bug not as abuse/cheating).

I do know that Chess.com does suggest that you use Firefox as a browser due to instablility problems with IE.  I use IE almost exclusively and have never had a problem, but you can see if Firefox clears up the problem.  It's only one game...

It happens ALL the time to me. My connection is stable and I use firefox 3. It is disgusting!!!!
