Declining rematches

How do you like your opponents to decline your rematches?

Do you prefer:

1. They click decline

2. They just leave.

3. They do one of the above and leave some messages.

I probably prefer they just leave and leave messages.

I don't see the point of rematches so I never offer one except if I click the rematch button by mistake. If I sent a rematch offer, I'd rather my opponent declined instead of just leaving, but it wouldn't bother me either way.

It wouldn't bother me any which way because I can't be sure about their intentions. They could mean well by declining my offer, so I can get to my next game a little faster, or because they don't like my style of play, or the fact that I have disabled the chat ( I realise it is- to say the least- not a friendly gesture but I can't type on the keyboard and play a blitz game at the same time ). Leaving and later on leaving a message is very nice. I would do that if I weren't too lazy!

I would be ok if they decline but good courtesy if it was a good one would be to rain check it with a friend request

Personally--as a competitor--I always take issue  with an individual that 

refuses a rematch. But that's more an issue with me I suspect.

I think it would be better for all if the rematch button was removed.  It causes so much  trouble with people behaving as though they have the right to a rematch.  Personally I never ask for a rematch and most often decline if asked for one.

Personally I just rematch, to play with both black and white pieces. And if the opponent won both games, that's it.
