My friend can not get on to live chess.Each time he gets disconnected when he logs in.If you can help please tell me ASAP.Thank you for your help.

I switched from Microsoft Internet Explorer to Firefox and I disconnect much less frequently. You can get Firefox for free on Chess.com.

Which web browser do you use? I use Firefox (because most things run better with it) and Chrome (because it's faster to boot up) but I never use Chrome for Live Chess. Always use Firefox .
