Were you and your friend in Live Chess at the same time? You both need to be in Live Chess at the same time to be able to see and challenge each other.

MSC157, are you referring to the meebo chat bar along the bottom of the page or the chat box within the game? The meebo chat bar won't work when you are on the page where you are playing an active Online Game.

I think that the ability to invite a friend into online chess via a game invite when they're not already in there would actually be a pretty good addition.
I want to play chess with a friend using Live Chess but he does not show up in the Friend's list. I don't have problems playing the "slow" version with him that requires a "Submit Move" but would prefer Live Chess. Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially since this might sound like a dumb question!
