Those are special things done by entertainers like Hikaru and Gotham. The staff sets up a special account for them and all ratings of the members they play are reset afterwards.
Regular members who do it might get flagged for sandbagging or rating manipulation and have their accounts restricted or closed. Please don't do it.
You should keep trying to win games at your current level. It looks like your rapid rating has been improving rapidly.
Why not set yourself a goal of getting to 900?
Take some lessons. Do some drills. Watch some grandmasters play.

You would probably need to ask chess.com how to obtain such account, or be eligible to obtain such account.
